Dark and Darker Quests and Seasonal Rewards has been Released in New Wipe

Dark and Darker Patch 2 is now available. The hardcore RPG, previously teased by the Ironmace team, now offers a new quest system and seasonal rewards in the form of an adventure game. While the PvPvE dungeon crawler that blends the fantasy elements of games like The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim and Dark Souls with the tense extraction gameplay of Escape from Tarkov and Call of Duty Warzone has yet to return to Steam, There’s definitely a lot to look forward to playing with the latest Dark and Darker wipes.

Dark and Darker Early Access Patch 2 is now available, with all character levels, gold, items, and triumph levels expected to be seasonally wiped. Of course, the latest Dark and Darker patch notes also include a ton of balance tweaks – starting with two new player attributes. Vigor determines the character’s maximum health, while Dexterity determines the player’s speed. There are also new crafting resources and items that can be crafted with them, such as the ability to craft new silver weapons with undead kill bonuses.

The new items introduced provide these new attributes, as well as two new sub-stats that increase your health regeneration and spell regeneration. Loot will now also show whether it was “supplied” on departure, whether it has been “looted” but not extracted, or whether it has been “handled” and can be stored. Elsewhere, there’s a new boss to fight in the Goblin Cave, as well as a new wizard spell – Explosion – and some minor rebalancing.
